How We Make Money

RoboReview participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

This means that when you click on a product link on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go directly to Amazon.

Our Editorial Independence

Our ratings, rankings, and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships. We do not:

• Accept payment from brands for higher placement or higher ratings
• Change our scores based on which brand pays higher commissions
• Remove negative reviews at a brand's request
• Publish sponsored content without clearly labeling it as such (we currently publish no sponsored content)

If a robot is on our "best" list, it's there because we believe it's the best choice for a specific use case — not because we earn more from it. In fact, some of our top-ranked products (for example, value-tier models) have lower effective commission rates than alternatives we ranked lower.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

All product links that may earn us a commission are marked with rel="nofollow sponsored" in the HTML. On the visible page, Amazon links typically say "Check Price on Amazon" or "View on Amazon."

Why We Use Affiliate Links

RoboReview has no paywall, no subscription, and no sponsored content. Affiliate commissions are how we pay for hosting, research tools, and the time required to maintain accurate, up-to-date comparisons. We chose this model because it aligns our incentives with yours: we only earn when we help you find a product you actually want to buy.
